Trevu is only a minutes’ walk from St Mawes castle and five minutes’ walk from the centre of the village with its good range of facilities including post office, bakery, chemist, butchers, restaurants’ etc. The world renowned Hotel Tresanton is only 200 yards away as is Tavern beach.

From the entrance hall, off which there is a cloakroom with WC and wash hand basin, you ascend to the large landing off which are found:-

Double bedroom (6ft bed which can be split into two single 3ft beds if required) with great sea views.

A short flight of stairs leads to two single bedrooms both of which have wash hand basins.

The kitchen with good sea and harbour views, fridge, double electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher and door out to the terrace.

The large dining room and adjoining (walk through) lounge have lovely sea views TV, video, DVD, music centre and patio doors leading off both to the terrace with the most lovely sea views. There is an open fire in the sitting room.

The terraced garden leads down to the foreshore, but please take care with children on the terraces and around the fish pond. Garden furniture and a BBQ are provided and there is parking for up to 6 cars.
