Aloft is an attractively renovated holiday home that sleeps 4 persons in comfort, with lovely sea views from all rooms across the St Mawes Harbour to the Lizard Peninsula.
From Aloft it is a short downhill walk to the centre of the very popular fishing village of St Mawes.
A flight of easy going steps lead up to the front door and the hall.
The open plan lounge/dining room and kitchen area has French doors on to a small sun trap balcony. This room has great sea views across the harbour to St Anthony and the Lizard Peninsula. The lounge area has two leather sofas, TV, DVD, Wi-Fi and a wood burning stove. The fitted kitchen has the benefit of a dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave, electric oven and an induction ceramic hob.
The hall leads to the two bedrooms and family shower room. The family shower room has a shower, WC, wash hand basin and underfloor heating. The master bedroom has a 5ft double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers with sea views; the ensuite has a shower, WC, wash hand basin and benefits from underfloor heating. The second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms have sea views.
Full central heating, a wood burning stove and off-road parking for one car make this a great all year round holiday home.
