Facilities great for a couple. Milk, tea and biscuits provided but a spare toilet roll would have been welcome! The stairs were a challenge with two suitcases but worth it for the views!

Ives from the lounge seemed to good to be true; they were not. This break was everything we wanted and more. A fabulous property that we would love to return to on our next trip to St. Ives.

Brilliant location for beach, and short walk along the front into town. Sue, the owner was really helpful and kind with organising the booking, and I would definitely rebook again given the opportunity. Many thanks.
