Important notes: No smoking. The entrance to the building is via 10 granite steps with a handrail, to the front of Draycott Terrace. The apartment is then on the ground floor of the building.

We stayed in Oceans Vista in St Ives. The apartment has very severe damp issues and hadn’t been cleaned properly when we arrived. We still had a lovely holiday but the apartment wasn’t to the standard that we expected due to the damp issue.

Lovely apartment in a lovely location. The views are incredible and we loved being there. The two comfy chairs by the window are the place to be. It’s quiet and safe and all of the facilities were good.

The views from this property are fabulous. The furnishings and decor are good. The location is good- a short walk into town.
