Apartment is in a good position. Great to have parking. Third floor so be prepared for lots of steps. Apartment was clean, well equipped but felt the bathroom could do with an update.

We had a wonderful holiday here, we come to St Ives every year and this is one of the best places we have ever stayed in. You are so close to the sea you could almost touch it, with spectacular views as it is on the top floor of the complex. The apartment is comfortable, clean and spacious and well equipped with everything you need for your stay, no washer / dryer but you can use the on-site launderette if you need to. Secure free parking too, which is a blessing.

This was a lovely property close to the beach. It had lovely views and was so comfortable in every way. Ability to wash wet suits and boards in the communal wash area for ease. Lots of outside space to enjoy meals. Perfect location to the beach. Quiet, no noise to disturb resting time.
