About this property

Beautiful and light with a sunny rear garden and a modern interior. Close enough up the hill to walk into town and enjoy the local eateries and beaches.

Just a short distance up the hill from the hectic town centre you will find Gweny B's with its own private parking and pretty rear garden. A traditionally laid out house with two double bedrooms on the first floor, separate kitchen with access to the garden and a spacious living room which doubles up for dining too. There’s a beautifully-appointed shower room with a lovely rainfall shower – perfect for a refreshing start to the day.  Fully gas centrally-heated and a cosy feature electric fire in the living room ensures your comfort at any time of the year. On entering the property you are struck by the amount of natural daylight flooding in due to the front and rear windows on both levels in all the main rooms. Coupled with a modern interior and fixtures, you’ll be able to relax here and enjoy some outdoor time in the sun-trap garden.
