The property is well situated, although at the top of a steep hill. The decor is pleasant. At times there is some noise from the street and as it is situated above a shop there is some noise early in the morning due to deliveries. However, it is convenient to have a shop so near! The seating is limited due to only one sofa and a window seat, which, although large is not particularly comfortable. The parking is very challenging due to being off a narrow alleyway. If you own a large vehicle be prepared for some tricky manoeuvres, especially if someone is partied in the middle bay. Overall, we had a nice stay in the flat but it was a little on the noisy side due to being on a fairly busy street.
