The View has been recently renovated to a high standard, shades of blue and coastal hues enhance the open-plan living accommodation which provides all that you need for a perfect holiday, including a well-equipped kitchen complete with a Nespresso coffee machine.
The open plan living area houses a wall mounted plasma television which, with these views, you may not watch at all! There is the added bonus of a comfortable sofa bed and seating around the dining table for four guests. French doors open out from the living area to the glazed Juliet balcony giving you far reaching sea views from St Ives Bay to Godrevy Lighthouse and Gwithian Sands.
The stylish bedroom has a wall mounted television and, most importantly, a king-size bed with a luxurious Tempur mattress, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a day exploring this stunning area of Cornwall. Just along the corridor is the modern shower room with its huge drench shower.
Outside, guests can relax in the communal garden, complete with outdoor furniture for soaking up the Cornish sunshine. From here, a private path leads directly to the beautiful sands of Carbis Bay beach, just a few minutes’ stroll away. If you're keen to explore further afield, the scenic coastal train to St Ives is only a short walk from the apartment, or you can enjoy a leisurely walk along the South West Coast Path, right on your doorstep - there's no need to take the car.
A well-behaved dog is very welcome at The View, making it ideal for guests wanting to discover the coastline with their canine companions. With direct access to the coast path from the garden, it’s easy to head out on foot and enjoy the stunning surroundings. We simply ask that dogs are kept on a lead while in the communal garden to ensure a calm and considerate space for everyone.

A fantastic venue for a holiday - many thanks. Our dog loved the view. Nicely located, well equipped and within easy reach of the town. We could not ask for more, Carbis Bay beach is worth the walk! For those following up, we would really recommend Cornidh Deli in St Ives, and particularly The Old Forge in Lelant as places to eat. Both were superb.

The View is fantastic- couldn't put the binoculars down! We had a very relaxing stay and a mixed bag of weather - yet we still managed to walk the coastal path and even days on the beach. Quick and easy train ride to St. Erth and Penzance with a flat walk to St Michael's Mount, we would recommend. The apartment is very well located in Carbis Bay. Thank you for the welcome box and the milk in the fridge.
