Perfect for carbis bay and st Ives. Very clean throughout.

Comfortable and well equipped, and in a great location for the beach and railway station. Only one or two minor negatives - the blind in the twin bedded room just fell off completely when we tried to put it down, and one of the knobs on the hot tap in the bathroom fell off on the first time we used it. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and we would come again.

There was a strong smell of damp in bedrooms and en-suite bathroom. On the first night with the heavy rain one of the twin beds got very wet (with my 6 year old boy sleeping in there). A couple of the knobs on wardrobes / drawers kept falling off, the wardrobe drawer in main bedroom was mouldy. 1 of the knobs on tap in bathroom kept falling off. For 4 of our 7 day stay scaffolding was put up to fix the porch, this was noisy with lots of drilling, workmen set up outside the bay window looking out on the view. This should have been communicated to us in advance - as well on the rainy days would have liked to relax in the accommodation reading a book next to the window.
