Needs a deep clean and cleaners need to clean better not just around furniture. Bathrooms grout and silicone need attention and mould on ceiling in one bathroom. A sink was blocked and a shower control leaked which cleaners should of picked up on (was sorted quickly) and maintenance needs to clean gutters as when rained they overflowed. It could be a fantastic house but cleaning and maintenance let it down. Sofa’s are very uncomfortable.

(Could maybe do with a couple of loungers on front deck.) lovely neighbour. Immaculate!

Some points that we noted were: 1. We found the sofa too soft. It's ok once you're in, but it's not too easy to get out of! (A minor point). 2. Ground floor bathroom. If the window was kept shut for more than a couple of days, then the smell of damp would occur. As we didn't use this bathroom very much, it wasn't an issue for us. Perhaps it would be an issue for larger parties. 3. Oven trays need replacing. 4. Corner unit to access kitchen equipment is not user friendly. 5. A large picture would be nice above the fire. 6. The lamps in the lounge are cheap and nasty. 7. Outside BBQ grill needs to be cleaned / replaced. 8. The 3 steps going up to the lawn made me nervous when wet - slippy. I'm not elderly, I'm 52. A rail may be helpful. The above are minor points and there are many positive things about the property that makes us want to stay again next year.
