Perfect for summer days, guests can soak up the sun while lounging around the pool, or fire up the barbecue for fresh air suppers that can be enjoyed either outside or in. Two sitting rooms (both with entertainment systems) mean that parents get to relax and unwind with grown-up conversation while children watch their own movies or TV shows, and four stunning bedrooms (two of which are en-suite) offer exquisite comfort and well-thought-out versatility to suit both couples and family groups.

With its crescent of white sand, turquoise water and lush vegetation, Carbis Bay is a bucket-list destination on Cornwall’s iconic north coast and boasts a world-class family friendly beach as well as ideal water sports conditions. Board and beach hire companies abound offering SUP lessons, tours and kayak safaris that cater to all abilities, so days spent paddling the surf or playing on the sand are firmly on the agenda. Dining out options include stunning beach front restaurants like the Ugly Butterfly and Beach Club while more of the foodie and art culture of the area can be relished in nearby St Ives; within easy reach by car it's also just a short, scenic journey by train and is reported to be one of the queen's favourite routes. For those who fancy something slightly more energetic, the south west coast path runs to either St Ives in one direction or to Porthkidney Sands in the other, and affords walkers some amazing coastal scenery over St Ives Bay.

*The swimming pool is available for use all year round, it is not heated for the months of October - March. April - September it is heated to 28/29 degrees

The separate sitting room features a large bay window, two leather sofas and an upholstered velvet armchair and matching footstool. The room's entertainment system includes a large Smart flat screen TV with soundbar and bluetooth speaker. Additional furnishings include occasional tables and lamps as well as a shutter screen

Living Room Two

Open plan with the kitchen and dining room this spacious snug is furnished with a grey upholstered velvet L-shaped sofa, a second sofa, large flat screen Smart tv and soundbar, fabric pouffe, occasional tables and floor lamp

Kitchen

Beautifully designed with chunky stone worktops and plenty of storage space, the kitchen is open plan with the dining room and together with its breakfast bar, stools and under-counter wine fridge, forms a brilliant space for cooking and socialising in. The range of appliances include side by side fan-assisted electric ovens and an induction hob as well as a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. The range of small appliances includes a kettle, four-slice toaster, blender and cafetiere. A good selection of cookware, glassware, utensils and crockery are provided.

A vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board are available for guest use.

Dining Room

A fantastic space with double aspect bifold doors leading out to the pool terrace and outdoor dining space. Furnished with an industrial style timber-topped dining table and eight dining chairs

Master Bedroom

This beautiful en-suite bedroom features a large bay window, a hot pink wicker armchair for a pop of colour, and a luxury super king size bed with fluffy pillows and high-quality bedding. A smart flat screen TV hangs on the wall with a chest of drawers and freestanding wardrobe providing storage. Additional furnishings include a floor fan, bedside tables and reading lamps

Bedroom Two

This bright, light-filled room features twin beds with crisp white linen and neutral greys for a calming ambience. A chest of drawers, freestanding wardrobe and a pedestal table provide storage

Bedroom Three

Elegantly styled, this en-suite room is furnished with a high quality, double bed and crisp cotton linen, with a large chest of drawers and freestanding wardrobe providing storage. The room also features a wall-mounted Smart television and two bedside tables with lamps

Bedroom Four

This stunning room features two single beds, a pedestal table with reading lamp, and a large window that floods the room with natural light. A floor fan is ideal for keeping guests cool on warmer evenings, with a built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers providing storage

A wonderfully laid out pool terrace wraps around the heated swimming pool and is furnished with four sun loungers and two outdoor living suites as well as a timber-clad outbuilding that houses a cloakroom and WC. An outdoor shower is ideal for de-sanding under after days spent down on the beach, and a large established hedge provides the area with privacy with raised beds that feature planted mature shrubs and flowering plants gives a lovely, lush appearance to the space.

A fabulous outside dining area with glass awning can be found to the side of the house and is accessed from the open plan living room. Ideal for alfresco bbq's and fresh air suppers, an outdoor heater keeps things warm and comfortable and the space is furnished with a timber dining table, eight chairs and a gas Weber Spirit bbq

Parking
