Two armchairs and a L shaped leather sofa are perfectly positioned to enjoy the ever-changing colours of the sea, or the entertainment on the Freeview TV with integrated DVD. The open-plan dining space is within the living area, making the most of the sea views through the French doors. A dining table and four chairs are provided. A contemporary well-appointed kitchen with sleek black granite work tops and a superb island unit, is also within the open plan living space, so the chef can enjoy the sea view too. Both bedrooms are in a quiet area to the rear and centre of the apartment, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. The master has a sumptuous king-size bed and the second is a twin. The seaward facing balcony of Bosbrea is accessible from the lounge. A bistro set comprising of one patio table and two chairs are provided, so you can dine alfresco whilst taking in the far-reaching sea views across St Ives bay. Carbis Bay Beach is just a short walk from here you can access the SW Coastal path for dramatic cliff walks to St Ives and its surrounding area. Alternatively. you can relax and hop on the scenic train; it stops at St Ives and its surrounding coastline and the journey is one of the most picturesque in the country.
