4pm check in & 9am check out was very unhelpful! Having to collect keys and drop off from town center was time consuming and showed lack of customer service.

We had a lovely stay the accommodation had everything you could possibly need. Having its own parking was brilliant and every day we walked into St Ives 4 mile round trip but enjoyed every minute of it. We will definitely stay again so that says it all. Thank you to the owner who kindly left tea coffee milk and a Cornish saffron cake which was very welcome on our arrival. So a big thumbs up.
