Furnished with a large L-shaped sofa, coffee table, lamp, side tables, TV cabinet and 50" HD Smart flat screen TV with Netflix with Freeview, and a sound system. A bench seat below the sash window offers wonderful sea views

Open plan with the lounge, this area features a table with 4 chairs and a sideboard with mini / drinks fridge
Kitchen
The well-equipped kitchen has a range of large and small appliances including an electric fan-assisted oven and grill, electric hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine and microwave, Bosch coffee machine, cafetiere, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner. A range of crockery, cutlery, utensils, glasses and cookware are also provided

Master Bedroom
Upstairs on the first floor, this large room has more of those lovely period features of stone, exposed roof timbers, an original fireplace with wood-burning stove and sash windows. The bay window showcases wonderful sea and beach views and is furnished with a two-seater sofa. The super king size bed takes pride of place with a TV cabinet and Smart TV positioned at the foot of the bed. Other furniture includes bedside tables and lamps, a dressing table, mirror, integrated wardrobe and chest of drawers
Bedroom Two
With access to the private balcony, this room which is located on the first floor is furnished with a super king size bed and Smart TV and features incredible sea views. Other furniture includes side tables and lamps as well as a chest of drawers, dressing table and mirror
Bedroom Three
Also on the first floor to the back of the house, this bright room is furnished with a double bed, bedside lamps, bedside tables, chest of drawers, a mirror and integrated wardrobe
Bathroom
Situated under the stairs on the ground floor, the family bathroom has a bath with shower over, a cabinet with mirror, hand basin, hairdryer and WC
Outside
To the front of the property is a small, enclosed courtyard garden with a bench, bistro table with chairs and chimnea. A raised stone bed features various established plants and succulents giving the area a lovely tropical feel and there's a sculptural plant stand with bonsai. The table and chairs sit under the cover of the balcony overhead so even in the rain, this is a great spot to watch the world go by.The balcony off the second bedroom has faux grass and a love seat, as well as rattan style chairs and a table. A glass balustrade means guests can enjoy sweeping views across St Ives Bay
