Two steps up to sunny glazed porch with comfy chairs looking over the front garden and road to fields beyond. Living room with large window to front garden, TV/DVD/video and 'coal effect' fire. Good-sized breakfast/dining room (freezer); step down to fitted kitchen (dishwasher, washer-drier, microwave, electric cooker). Three bedrooms – the master double, a twin, and a single, all looking over the garden. Bathroom (bath, separate shower, washbasin); loo. Welcoming, homely and comfortable.
