Climb the external stairs and step inside to find yourself in a hallway that leads to the kitchen. This bright and airy room has an ‘L’-shaped, farmhouse-style unit with wooden countertops and white cabinets. Continue into the comfortable open-plan lounge/diner with tones of blue, red, yellow and brown throughout. To one side of the room is a wooden dining table with four chairs. Adjacent are two double sofas which look out onto the creek and sit opposite a Smart TV. Both bedrooms have a contemporary feel with calming blue and neutral tones – one is a king-size, the other is a twin zip-and-link. Completing the interior is a neutral-toned family bathroom with a shower over the bath. Outside is a private balcony, a garden that is shared with neighbouring properties and private parking for one car.

While staying in Little Petherick you could dine out at the local restaurant (1 mile) and take your four-legged friends for a walk along the creek. Spend some time in Padstow (3 miles) to dine out, see the lobster hatchery or hire bikes to cycle along the Camel Trail. Put on your walking boots and check out the coastal routes around the Seven Bays to find National Trust Trevose Headland, Treyarnon Bay, and National Trust Carnewas at Bedruthan (all within 8 miles).
