This contemporary property in the charming village of St Issey is ideal for a family or group of friends seeking a relaxing countryside get-together with easy access to local amenities and North Cornwall’s attractions. The Camel Trail, an 18-mile traffic-free route for walking and cycling, can be reached from a footpath (approx. 20min walk across fields) close to the property although if you are wanting to cycle this path it might be easier to drive to the start point in Padstow or the midway point in Wadebridge. The popular seaside town of Padstow is just 3 miles away. It’s renowned for its picturesque harbour, narrow streets filled with independent shops, galleries and seafood restaurants. Hop on the passenger ferry from Padstow to Rock and spend some time exploring the shoreline. Beach lovers and surfers can head to Constantine Bay (5 miles), while the more sheltered Harlyn Bay is also within 6 miles. Alternatively, head to the iconic Bedruthan Steps (8 miles) and admire the sea stacks and clifftop walks with breath taking views.

Step inside this contemporary reverse-level lodge, where the layout makes the most of the countryside views. You will find chic decor and furnishings throughout, along with soft hues that reflect the natural surroundings and create a relaxed ambience for a memorable stay. The ground-floor hallway provides access to all four bedrooms and bathrooms. There are two king-size bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, all of which are light, airy, and provide ample storage. Three bedrooms each have an en-suite shower room, providing privacy and convenience during your stay. There is also a separate bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC. Head upstairs from the hallway to the beautiful open-plan living space, where the first thing you will notice is the exquisite high-vaulted ceiling. At the far end, through the lounge area, are lovely countryside vistas framed by large picture windows. At the top of the stairs, immediately to your right, you’ll find the contemporary kitchen, which has all the appliances you need to cook up tasty treats during your stay. From the kitchen, doors lead out to a balcony with cushioned outdoor furniture to while away the hours reading, chatting, or relaxing over a drink. The lounge area is flooded with natural light and is an inviting social space during your stay. There is plenty of comfortable seating and a large Smart TV for unwinding at the end of a busy day of exploring.

Outside, the fully enclosed rear garden and patio provide additional space to relax, while a handful of excellent countryside walks begin from the village. Driveway parking is provided for two cars.
