... very quietly tucked along wooded lanes in St Ervan, a large detached 'upside down' house enjoying lovely long views to the sea over hedgerow meadows. A big, meticulously kept enclosed garden surrounds, with patio (picnic tables, barbecue) and lawn at the back - lots of safe, level space to play or sit and enjoy. Sister cottages either side.
Open-plan living/dining/kitchen (dishwasher, washer-drier, microwave, fridge-freezer) with TV/DVD, woodburner and glazed door to steps/ramp down to garden. At this level, double bedroom (5’ bed) with en suite shower-room (suite). Gated stairs down to three more bedrooms – a double (5’ bed) with TV and en suite shower-room (suite), a twin and a single; bathroom (suite plus hand-shower). Arrival after 4pm. Near to everything, but away from the hustle.
