Bathroom 2: Bath with Shower Over Bath, Toilet.  Electric wall heaters, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.  Doggy extras.  Enclosed lawned garden with sitting-out area, bench and barbecue.  2 dogs welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times.  Private parking for 1 car; additional on road parking.  No smoking.  Please note: There is a small pond in the garden. .  Cobblers Cottage dates from the mid-19th century and is a lovely example of the style found in Cornwall at this time.  The cottage has an inviting kitchen which is well equipped, warm and cosy.  The living room has an original fireplace, housing an electric wood burner and has soft furnishings to sink into.  There is a delightful snug, where you can relax with your favourite book, whilst upstairs are two comfortable double bedrooms with views across the village and beyond.  The family bathroom has superb tiling in traditional Cornish colours and has both a bath and efficient electric shower over.  The garden has been carefully tended and has an array of flowers, shrubs and plants with a wooden bench in a secluded part, with subtle lighting.  There is parking for one car across the owner’s driveway and roadside parking is also available.
