The former studio of British painter Denys Law, this airy coastal studio boasts a prime location just 500 metres from Lamorna Cove Beach. This compact hideaway is a wonderful retreat for couples or solo travellers seeking an escape by the sea. Step outside and fill your lungs with fresh ocean air as you trek along the scenic South West Coast Path, before returning home to graze through a snack board on the raised patio terrace.
This compact property features an inviting interior with vaulted ceilings and contemporary design touches throughout. Slip off sandy shoes at the door then step into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Stock up the sleek kitchen cabinets with a range of locally sourced goodies, then flick on the kettle and unwind with a post-adventure brew. Settle into the intimate dining space for a well-earned supper. With a sweet treat in hand, step up into the lounge and cosy up in front of the electric fire to watch a film on the Smart TV. When the evening draws in, rest up in the stylish bedroom with an elegant en-suite shower room. Outdoors, sip your morning coffee from the picnic bench on the terrace or stargaze beneath the twinkling Cornish sky.
Listen to fishermen’s boats clinking in the harbour as you stroll the waterfront of Mousehole (3 miles) before delving into the village’s fascinating past during a guided walking tour.
