This cosy Cornwall cottage is attached to the owners' house in a quiet residential street of individual houses, in the Cornish village of Tywardreath, near Fowey. All on one level, this cottage has an open plan living area consisting of a kitchen, dining area and sitting area, and the en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower with an adjustable, removable stool. Outside is a paved area with garden seating, an ideal spot to catch some Cornish sunshine. This Cornwall cottage is well positioned to take full advantage of the local beaches together with the magical scenery of Du Maurier country. Historic Fowey, with its restaurants, bistros, galleries and individual shops, is only 3 miles away and can be reached by bus as can the lively city of Truro. The Eden Project is a short distance away as are numerous NT houses and gardens, golf, horse riding and an extensive range of watersports. The sandy beach at Par is less than a mile away and Tywardreath village has a good range of small village shops and the welcoming village pub has open fires and good Cornish ales. A warm and cosy cottage with easy access to a range of visitor attractions.

Tywardreath is a village in Cornwall, surrounded by the beautiful landscapes and rugged coastline which inspired the literature of Daphne du Maurier. In fact, the village name means The House on the Strand, and it appeared in her novel of that name. The world famous Eden Project is 3 miles away, the beach at Par Sands is around a mile away, and the coastal town of Fowey is a lovely afternoon out.
