Very clean. The views are spectacular. We were however a little frustrated that the parking area was so tight. I have a roof box on my car and although it was stated that there was a hight restriction in the listing, a number would be appreciated. It was also too tight to keep the car there even without the box as the parking bays are tiny. You get blocked in. I had to pay to park up the road. Not a deal breaker for what is a lovely flat, just not ideal or as advertised. Also, it would be great to have the fridge fixed as the small one provided was inadequate and not as listed. The welcome book also lists the old WiFi details and that you get a cream tea kit provided - which it isn't. These aren't an issue but just more little inaccuracies the owner could do with clearing up. Overall a great stay in a clean, well placed flat with great views!

Very enjoyable. A few things need to be sorted. Firstly, some wadding or similar needs to be put on the side of the bed. Especially if young children are running around. I gashed my lower leg on two occasions. Secondly, the key to the apartment does not always turn to lock/unlock the door. Thirdly, one of the shower doors needs fittings in the bottom. Otherwise a very happy stay and I would happily book The Saltings again.

We loved this accommodation and would definitely book it again. The only downside was no washing machine (but kitchen not big enough to take one) and we couldnât fathom out the electric heaters at all? Luckily it was mild but in the winter they would definitely be needed. An fold up airer to dry clothes on would be a great addition to the other cleaning equipment in the main bedroom wardrobe.
