Lovely cosy lodge 5 mins walk from Carlyon Bay Beach. 15 mins walk along coastal path to Charleston Harbour. The lodge was very comfortable and well equipped. The loft bedroom was great, slept really well. Great place to stay to explore the Cornish beaches etc. Short walk to AJ's bar, Edie's Restaurant (highly recommended) in Michelin Guide and Good Food Guide, they do a fixed price early evening menu, Wednesday/Thursday. Had the best fish and chips at Charleston Harbour - from the food truck there. We would definitely stay there again.

Our second visit. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - The Lodge is super comfortable and the location is great for us. There are plenty of things to do locally - Charlestown is a short walk away via a lovely coastal path with sea views. There are several National Trust gardens, houses and coastal landscapes well worth a visit. Will definitely return.
