The Hollies is a delightful, detached, single-storey cottage located on the outskirts of St Austell in Cornwall. Adjacent to the owner’s home, this property has been decorated and furnished to a very good standard. The open plan living area leads through French doors to an enclosed courtyard, a sun trap in the summer and perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine whilst planning the next day’s activities. The well managed bedroom offers a kingsize bed, TV and plenty of storage space.
This property is a great place for couples to enjoy and explore the amazing attractions that Cornwall has to offer. Nearby is the historic port of Charlestown, home to tall ships, coastal paths and local pubs and restaurants. Spend the day at the famous Eden Project, explore Pinetum Gardens or spend the day on the beach in Porthpean. The Hollies is in a fantastic central location. Shop and pub 500 yards, restaurant 1 mile.

Great accommodation, lovely hosts,great holidayThe accommodation is excellent, everything you need, modern and spotlessly clean, we especially liked the rainfall shower. We also really enjoyed sitting out in the lovely back garden enjoying the Cornish weather. Terry and Bim are both lovely, welcoming and really helpful with local knowledge and car rides if you need them. They advised us on the best restaurants in the area which meant we had lovely meals every night and local places to go and especially how to get there using their local knowledge.It all made for a fantastically relaxing and enjoyable holiday.We highly recommend booking this cottage for your Cornish holiday you won’t be disappointed.

A really enjoyable holiday. The accommodation is immaculate and finished to a high standard and Terry and Bim, the owners, have gone to great lengths to ensure everyone has a really comfortable stay. Terry is extremely knowledgeable on places to vist and even gave advice en route to the Hollies on a good farm shop for coffee and cake to break up the journey. Bim provided fresh croissants that were greatly appreciated.We would love to stay there again on future visites.
