The accommodation is only a matter of yards from the beach and is over two floors, with an open plan ground floor comprising a well-equipped kitchen area, living area with a wood burner and widescreen TV, and a dining area. The first floor has a large master bedroom with a feature fireplace, a twin bedroom and a modern wet room. The apartment also benefits from underfloor heating throughout. Outside is allocated parking for at least two vehicles together with a raised decking area.
Portmellon Cove is a delightful hidden gem with a sandy beach, a pub/restaurant and stunning coastline walks. The towns of Mevagissey and St Austell are within a short drive and offer a wide range of amenities including supermarkets, local shops, bars and restaurants as well as activities for the whole family. Within only a few miles of Portmellon Cove are some superb tourists attractions, including the world-famous Eden Project. Beach 200 yards.

We had a lovely week at Seatons Rest! An amazing location with easy access to the beach if you fancy a spot of paddle boarding or kayaking. Mevagissey is a stone’s throw away too. The accommodation is well proportioned, clean and dog friendly with parking right outside. We will be back 😊.

Excellent accomodation, well equipped. Very clean and nicely decorated.Location very close to beach, Snack cabin which provides quality refreshments, especially the cakes, and the village pub.
