Blending sophistication and understated elegance, your holiday haven boasts a bright open plan living space, comprising a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, super-comfy sofa and two rather smart chairs. The master bedroom offers sea views, a fabulous kingsize bed, clean lines and super-smart en-suite with striking black shower and accessories. Bedroom two has a double bed. The family sized bathroom has a good-sized bath with shower over. Outside, there are communal grounds with seating area, to enjoy the views.
The historic Georgian port of Charlestown is a step back in history, with its fleet of tall ships and being a popular filming location. The museum here offers an insight into times past whilst the pubs and restaurants offer an array of gastro delights. St Austell, once the heart of the China clay mining industry, has several charming beaches and woodland walks as well as many amenities and shops.
The world famous Eden Project is a must visit, with huge futuristic Biomes housing the world’s largest indoor rainforest and much, much more. Three miles distant is the picturesque fishing village of Mevagissey, with it’s very narrow streets, pretty cottages and working harbour. Here, fishing trips and a ferry to Fowey can be taken, itself a breathtakingly beautiful port town, laying aside the estuary as it winds its way to the ocean. Polperro and Looe are just a short distance along the coast, both shrouded in a past of smuggling and wrecking, with many a tale, myths and legends too! Beach 2 miles. Pub and restaurant ¾ mile.
