Enter the woodland lodge, which has an upside-down design, to discover all your bedrooms and bathrooms are on the lower level. There is a super-king-size room, which can also be made up as two singles by prior arrangement, a double bedroom and a twin, plus an en-suite bathroom and a family bathroom. Your living area, an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with a vaulted, wooden ceiling and doors onto a balcony, is on the first floor. Here, you can unwind, gaze out at your surroundings or watch TV. On the nights you decide not to eat out in the hotel restaurant, you will find the kitchen area, with its granite work surfaces, has everything you need to help you cater for your party using your own ingredients. There is also space to dine here. Have a glass of something chilled on the balcony afterwards.
