Providing beautiful holiday accommodation and overlooking the South Cornwall coast, these two properties (refs UK11038 and UK11039) ) are just minutes’ from the beaches of Carlyon Bay and Porthpean. The Carlyon Bay Hotel is nearby and has bars, restaurants and a golf course that overlooks the sea. The historic village of Charlestown with its pubs, museum, restaurants and shops is nearby and is home to traditional tall ships which are often moored at the quay. The seafaring towns of Fowey, Truro, Padstow, St Ives, Looe, Polperro, Newquay, The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan and many National Trust houses and gardens are all within easy reach. Cycling, sailing, kayaking and horse riding are available locally. Beach ½ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant 1½ miles.

Really nice little place, very good value, and we really enjoyed the local area including being able to walk to Carlyon Beach, and to Charlestown on the South West Coast Path. Easy short drive to the Lost Gardens of Heligan too, and on the doorstep of the Eden Project. Really good location, and a spotles little place that made a really nice base at great value for money. Thank you!

This was our 4th year staying in the bunker,great location for exploring the local areaOur only negative was the shower cord was broken and a plumber was supposed to come to fix the problem but unfortunately never appeared

I stayed at the bunker with my 2 kids & my dog & the space felt comfortable. There is a double & single bed upstairs and a sofa downstairs if you have someone who snores :) Beautiful beach with bars & food very close ( 5 min walk ) as well as a coastal trail ( for as long as you can handle ) There is Range , Lidl & Tesco 5min drive away if you need anything and a beautiful historic coastal town ( Charlestown ) not far after. You can get a great coffee & cinnamon bun at ten ten cafe . There is also other amenities close such as the Golf Course and Eden Gardens. Location is 10/10 Parking was comfortable & there is a little garden for the dog & for a barbecue. Kitchen is ok for cooking some breakfast & lunch best to use oven & microway but not for full on cooking if thats your thing on holiday. I would definitely return
