St Austell town centre is only a 5-minute drive and has a wide range of amenities including high street and local shops a wide range of pubs and restaurants and supermarkets. Within easy access to Charlestown the surrounding areas offer guests the opportunity to enjoy a wealth of activities and tourist attractions including the world famous Eden Project.

    Great alternative property supplied by after my original booking /accommodation became unavailable a couple of days prior to travelling. Slightly les central than expected but big, clean, well equipped & Sally the owner was excellent in every way ( helpful, engaged & willing to offer advice on local cabs / places of interest etc ). Surprised not to find a 'welcome pack' with some coffee, milk, bottle of wine, bread / jam or something on arrival ( most places at this budget I've stayed have this or something as a nice 'gesture' on arrival ) ... Property was good looking, immaculate & had a nice view to the water over St Austell.
