an excellent apartment, well-equipped and spacious, in a quiet, pleasant part of town. 10 minute walk down to harbour and good pubs/restaurant; (15 minute walk back!). The location is excellent for: the Eden Project (we went twice in our week), The lost Gardens of Heligan, Fowey, and Lanhydrock (excellent National Trust property). Supermarkets available within easy reach (Tesco 0.9 mile by road or 0.7 miles walk across pleasant paths). If using sat nav, don't turn left at end of Church Road; turn right, as per excellent instructions from owner.
