The property is located in the stunning Georgian village of Charlestown, which has a beautifully maintained harbour, and is the setting for the TV series Poldark. Wander around the streets and discover the cafes, shops and the tall ships which stand in the harbour, or perhaps pay a visit to the shipwreck museum. Also within walking distance of the property is Charlestown s lovely sand and shingle beach, which delight visitors of all ages. This stylish, contemporary accommodation is light and airy throughout, as you will see as soon as you step into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. A small flight of five stairs lead to the two bedrooms, one with a king size bed (and hairdryer) and the other a twin room with zip and link beds (and hairdryer) which can also be made up as a super king size on request. This room benefits from a Smart TV and en suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Additional shower room with WC. Outside there is an enclosed decked area which makes a lovely place to sit out and enjoy the sunshine. There is off road parking for one car. Need to know: 2 bedrooms, 1 king size and 1 twin (can be made into a super king size bed on request). Shower room with WC, and en suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC.
