Perfectly situated you will be within walking distance of the China Clay Museum and a popular local pub and also enjoys nearby access to the famous clay trails which provide a fantastic way to explore this part of Cornwall on foot or bike. Alternatively head towards the coast where you will find the nearest sandy beach at Par Sands just a short drive away and the famous surfing beaches at Newquay only slightly further. Other attractions and places of interest accessible from here include The Eden Project the market town of St Austell just a short drive or a very pleasant not so short walk along dedicated footpaths and the county capital of Truro which boasts and array of shops bars and restaurants. The downstairs accommodation has underfloor heating. Venturing up the cottage style stairs to the first floor you will discover the bedrooms these comprise of two stylish double bedrooms and a cosy single bedroom with an additional single pull out bed that can accommodate one child. The contemporary bathroom with shower over bath and WC completes the offering inside the property. Located outside and to the side of the cottage is a delightful little courtyard area with garden furniture and BBQ providing a perfect place to dine alfresco in warm weather. Private off-road parking for three cars is provided directly opposite the cottage. Need to know: 3 bedrooms 2 doubles and 1 single with additional single pull out bed. 1 bathroom. As this is a listed property it does have traditional cottage style stairs . Eden project (10 minute drive away, discount if you walk or cycle there) Clay Museum (2 minute walk away). Bikes and surfboards can be stored in the stone shed.
