Porthpean is a luxury 2 bedroom contemporary apartment with magnificent views over beautiful St Austell Bay. With two double bedrooms Porthpean is the perfect location to explore the Cornish Riviera and beyond. Approached via electronic security gates and set in its own grounds the apartment has all the modern conveniences one would expect from a luxury getaway. There is ample private off road parking for one vehicle and there are also visitor bays for an extra car if required.

The apartment has everything one needs for the perfect getaway including free WI FI, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, electric hob and double oven. Underfloor heating in the kitchen and lounge area with electric panel heaters in the bedrooms. The master bedroom includes an ensuite toilet and shower whilst the apartment also has a family bathroom with a shower/bath.

Situated only overlooking the Bay the apartment boasts spectacular views. From the floor to ceiling lounge windows one can see right across St Austell Bay and beyond. The Eden Project is only a five minute drive away but it can also be accessed by the Clay Trails a dedicated cycle path leading from St Austell town to Eden and passing no more than 500yds from the property. Heligan Gardens is approximately 15 minutes drive and can also be accessed by bicycle. The town centre, railway and bus stations are no more than a mile distant.

Directions to Porthpean Apartment

Approaching from the M5 at Exeter turn onto the A30 signposted Okehampton and Bodmin. Continue on the A30 until just after Bodmin. Turn left onto the A391 signposted St Austell. Continue on the A391 passing through Lockengate and Bugle. At Stenalees turn left at the roundabout signposted Eden Project. After approx 1 mile turn right at at the roundabout and then straight over the next roundabout towards St Austell. Continue along the A391 until you start to descend with St Austell Bay directly ahead (Premier Inn on the left).

Continue straight over the Premier Inn roundabout. At the next roundabout turn right, signposted carclaze. Continue on down the hill and the apartments are about 200yds on the right hand side. Turn right into the apartment complex and park in bay no.1 The entrance to Porthpean apartment is situated at the front of the building.
