About this property

An immaculate three-storey town home resting on the outskirts of Charlestown, Cornwall. Balcony, Sea-views, Access to Private Beach, Close to Eden Project. Enjoying a balcony to soak in the costal vistas and a private gated access to a sandy beach, this three-storey home is ideal for friends or a family of six. Leave your vehicle in either the car port or an off-road parking spot before entering the first floor, where you can unload your possessions into a double bedroom with a TV or the lovely twin bedroom. Climb upstairs to find the well-equipped kitchen/diner, here the foodie of the group can conjure a home-cooked meal with the electric oven and hob and dine together at the table. The second floor hosts a master bedroom with an en-suite shower room, for whenever you fancy a quick freshen up or head back to the first floor to indulge in a bubble bath in the family bathroom. When everyone is in their pyjamas, venture upstairs to the third floor to unwind on the sumptuous sofa in the sitting room; here you can snuggle up with a bowl of popcorn for a film night. Watch the sunset on the balcony with a crisp glass of wine in hand as you admire your coastal setting before climbing into a plush bed for the evening. Awaken with the sea-breeze on your face at Duporth Beach, where you can enjoy a cup of tea in a quiet spot; afterwards explore the peaceful village of Charlestown, with a plethora of eateries for a refreshment. Explore your local attractions; test your swing at Saint Austell Golf Club, meander around Wheal Martyn Clay Works for exhibitions or enjoy a picnic at Pinetum Gardens. Be sure to visit the impressive Eden Project to see plants from all around the world or take a trip into the port town of Fowey to swim in the clear waters at Readymoney Cove. For a blissful escape to the coast of Cornwall, choose 10 Clock Tower Court.

The thriving market town of St Austell is located pleasantly inside the lovely county of Cornwall, just a few miles from the wonderful shore. This town provides the ideal environment for your next visit to the Southwest, with busy pubs and bars, delectable local eateries, and a well-thought-out train station connecting you to Cornwall's finest places. Spend your days exploring gorgeous places like Menacuddle Well and Gardens or the adjacent historical port of Charleston, where the Shipwreck Treasure Museum has amazing items.

Also, we tried to get hold of the property manager but she never answers the phone. We wanted to get hold of her because the main bin outside was overflowing with rubbish and there were flies everywhere and it was smelling, we put it out as asked and it was still not emptied, not nice for the neighbours or anyone else. Need to tighten up on these sort of things, because of this I will not book with Sykes again, it is important to listen to these messages, and I am not the first to say this about this holiday let, and you have done nothing.

Only two minor issues. The wheelie bin was overflowing and was not emptied on the day stated. We did take items to the recycling however we had to leave one black bin bag inside the property as did not want to leave it outside next to the bin. Also there were no spare bin bags and only one toilet roll in each bathroom provided with no spare. Felt this was a bit tight really.
