Charlestown is a picturesque village situated on the south coast near St. Austell, famous for its collection of tall ships riding. It has the shipwreck museum, pubs, restaurants and easy access to the coastal path. The large town of St Austell is nearby and provides superb shopping facilities, along with many fine eateries, while the world-famous Eden Project is also within the vicinty, offering a unique experience inside tropical biodomes.
