Through the main hallway continue to the living/dining room, home to Chesterfield sofas and a Smart TV, ideal for relaxing and cosying up with family and friends. The kitchen satisfies all your culinary needs; take advantage of the electric double oven and induction hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer in preparing your meals, while the rest of the group can prepare the dining table, popping open a bottle of fizz in the process. Move to the first floor, where a boutique bathroom offers a place to prepare for the day, boasting a clawfoot bath with shower over, plus there’s even a sea view! On the same floor is also a stylish shower room, providing a second perfect space to prepare. The first of three bedrooms is a double, while the remaining bedrooms are twins and can be found on the second floor along with an additional cloakroom with basin and WC. All bedrooms are spacious, each with wonderful furnishings, plenty of storage space and a sea view. Venture outside, where you can choose to sit out on the decking or continue a few steps up through a tiered garden to a private seating area, providing a more elevated view where, you can relax whilst the barbecue sizzles in the background. Just paces from the harbour and plenty of shops and eateries, everything you need is here within walking distance, so you’ll hardly need the car! Wander the pretty streets of Mevagissey, lined with craft shops, gift shops and independent businesses, along with galleries full of artwork from the local area. Enjoy a coastal cruise or hop on board the seasonal passenger ferry to Fowey, where you may be lucky enough to see basking sharks, dolphins, and seals! Be sure to explore the many beautiful beaches which you can reach on foot or by car. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are also nearby, a thriving Cornish attraction where you can explore an enchanting collection of gardens with fascinating sculptures scattered throughout and boasting several different types of gardens.
