17 The Cliff is a quaint terrace cottage set close to the centre of Mevagissey in Cornwall. With upside down accommodation, this cottage offers two ground floor bedrooms, a double and a twin, along with a wet room with double shower, meaning this cottage can sleep four people. The first floor offers a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with a woodburner. Outside are steps from the living room to a rear patio with furniture and partial sea views across the surrounding rooftops towards Chapel Point. Guests can find nearby parking in a local, public car park, five minutes' walk from the cottage. 17 The Cliff offers wonderful, comfortable accommodation for friends and families, with a plethora of surrounding activities and attractions, beaches and a stunning coastal path to enjoy.

Two ground floor bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x 2' 6" twin. Ground floor wet room with shower, basin and WC. First floor kitchen with dining area. First floor sitting room with woodburner.

Electric storage heaters with woodburner and underfloor heating in wet room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, iPod dock, surround sound, WiFi, selection of books and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking in public car park 5 mins walk from cottage (approx £40 per week high season and £20 per week low season). Small courtyard with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and coast 2 mins walk. Note: This property is a traditional Cornish cottage on the National Trust path and as such there is no driveway, no road and no parking at the property.

Around and About

The perfect Cornish fishing village, with winding cobbled streets and a picturesque harbour full of boats. Stunning walks lead along the coast in both directions, with sandy beaches, high cliffs and hidden coves to explore. The village has an excellent selection of pubs and restaurants, whilst just up the road are the Lost Gardens of Heligan.

Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.
