Sandbrook is just a short walk from the centre of this bustling town, with its pubs, local butcher, baker and, no doubt, a candlestick maker.

A spacious porch come boot room, perfect for your pooch and wellies, leads into the kitchen and dining area which are open-plan and beautifully appointed with wooden floors and a fabulous dining table with seating for up to eight guests, forming the focal point of this light and airy space. Gather your family and friends, sit around recounting the day's adventures and planning the next. The kitchen area is warmed by a white, electric Aga and there is also a two ring-hob and integrated electric oven provided for ease. A smeg fridge in the corner will hold your groceries whilst a further fridge in the adjacent utility room will keep your wine and beers cool.

There is nothing amiss at Sandbrook. Every thought has been put into your comfort and enjoyment of this unique detached property. As well as the open-plan kitchen and dining area, there is a stunning sitting room which has a roaring wood burning stove and smart television. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, a double and a twin, as well as the luxurious family bathroom which has modern fittings, a bath and a double walk-in shower (this is in addition to the stylish wet-room accessed from the utility room near the kitchen).

Upstairs leads to two further bedrooms, the master boasts a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bath and walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom has twin beds, a smart television and an en-suite shower room. All of the bedrooms are dressed with luxury white linens and towels.

Head outside to the landscaped gardens, with a second level where you can enjoy your evening barbecue and drinks and luxuriate in the hot tub.
