Hi,The house was clean and tidy no issues with the condition of the house. The only issue we had was heating the house was cold in the evening we ended up using one portable heater. But generally the house is a beautiful house near river tamar. We wouldn't mind to go back to the place again.

Property was perfect, clean, warm peaceful and comfortable with the most beautiful view. Owner was just a call away if needed. The area was very picturesque and there was plenty to do. We are already looking to rebook for next year.

Tamar View is a spacious holiday let with beautiful views of the Tamar estuary. It is quiet and peaceful; very relaxing.The upstairs lounge is large and comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped.We enjoyed our stay. There are many great attractions and beaches in the area, although the nearest decent shops are in Saltash, ~20min drive.Parking can be a bit tight when all of the neighbours’ cars are there; I reversed into the courtyard for an easy exit.Regarding the narrow lanes, I would recommend ignoring the SatNav and turning off the A388 at Paynter’s Cross – the lanes are wider with more passing places from there.
