Located just over the River Tamar there is so much to explore just minutes from the property, from glorious rural scenery to the historic city of Plymouth. Close by is the pretty village of St Mellion famous for its Jack Nicklaus golf course. The nearest beaches are on the Rame Peninsula just five miles from the property. Easily accessible from the M5 and just along the coast one can discover the traditional picture postcard resort towns of Looe and Polperro. Other attractions in the area include the Monkey Sanctuary, the Adrenalin Quarry, Go Karting, Porfell Wildlife Park, the Eden Project and many National Trust properties.
