What an absolute Gem, River view is. It offers a very comfortable accomodation. It is perfect for visting both Devon and Cornwall. It was lovely and clean with stunning views from the lounge and bedroom. The decking is able to offer alfresco eating. We will definately use it again.

Having lived in this area for 33 years found this cottage an ideal property overlooking the River tamar to use for visiting family it was very modern and all amenities we needed although the road wasn't very wide to go down to where cottage was but we were used to this however an enjoyable stay.
