The cottage is spotlessly clean and furnished beautifully and also has a well equipped kitchen and utility room and amazingly comfortable king size bed. The hot tub is also amazing and also immaculately maintained, we enjoyed relaxing in it even in the rain. I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to rebook in the future.

The cottage was lovely and comfortable perfect for a winter break with the underfloor heating. We really enjoyed our stay and thought the cottage was great. Normally we never stay in the same place more than once, but we both said we would certainly be happy to holiday in pear tree cottage again.

Made better by the outdoor utility room that we were able to dry the clothes off after quite a damp week. Very clean and some lovely goodies as we arrived. The only thing I would say is that it could benefit from another arm chair. But that is being very picky. Will definitely be staying again. The property owners have thought of everything. Was very very impressed.
