Guests appreciate the modern amenities and character, finding it a cosy and welcoming base for exploring Cornwall. The property is noted for its well-equipped nature and thoughtful touches, although the provision of welcome gifts is not consistent.

The property is generally lauded for its cleanliness, with most guests finding it extremely clean and comfortable. However, a few noted minor issues such as sand on the floor upon arrival and crumbs around the toaster, suggesting room for improvement in thoroughness.

The location is highly praised for being perfect, with its proximity to local attractions and the ease of exploring Cornwall from this base. The availability of a nearby free car park is also appreciated.

Guests find the cottage comfortable, with special mentions of the cosy atmosphere and warm rooms. The beds and living space are commended for their comfort, contributing to a pleasant stay.

The cottage is well-equipped with modern technology and amenities, though some guests suggest the addition of a dishwasher and note the need for a deep clean in certain areas. The presence of a powerful shower and ample amenities is noted positively.

While guests have mentioned the provision of welcome treats such as wine, the reviews do not consistently reference such gestures. As such, it is polite to mention that while the property may offer thoughtful touches, these are not guaranteed for every stay.
