It is comfortable and homely, and everything works! It is located in a quiet spot, yet in the best part of the town for the shops, pubs and restaurants around Chapel Street. The Promenade and Jubilee Pool are less than a 5-minute stroll and the beautiful sub-tropical Morrab Gardens less than 100m. The cottage is spacious and the bedrooms an excellent size. The kitchen is well-equipped, the showers powerful, there’s a tremendous selection of books around the place, there’s a large flatscreen TV and the small garden is secluded and handy if you want to sit out on a nice day - and also welcome if you take your dog with you. The other real benefit of Rose Cottage is that it comes with a private and secure parking space less than 50m away. Do not underestimate the benefit of this in Penzance! We certainly would and will, stay at Rose Cottage again.
