About this property

Montaza is a Grade II listed, 18th Century detached cottage set in the heart of the bustling village of Goldsithney.

With its warming red Aga in the kitchen (the main cooking appliance, however an electric hob and a microwave are also provided) and a roaring open fire in the sitting/dining-room, this traditional cottage is the perfect place to relax and get away from it all at any time of the year. The ground floor has two sitting rooms so plenty of space for guests wishing to take some time out, read or watch television in peace or, alternatively the children can enjoy the second sitting room for playing one of the numerous games provided.

The well-equipped kitchen leads out to an enclosed courtyard which has a barbecue and steps up to the lawn and parking area. The enclosed lawn at the front of the cottage catches the morning sun and is perfect for an alfresco breakfast or coffee whilst planning the day ahead.

On the first floor are three light and airy, spacious bedrooms, a shower-room and family bathroom, with a huge bath. Each bed is dressed with quality cotton linens and, with the master bedroom housing a super-king size bed, your comfort is paramount.

This comfortable cottage is ideally located for a beach or walking holiday, with the golden sands of Perranuthnoe just one mile distant, and Marazion with its majestic St Michael's Mount two miles away. There are also two excellent pubs and a grocery shop within a few hundred yards of the property.

Additional Information:

Up to two small dogs welcome (small additional charge).

Travel cot, highchair and stair gate, available on request.

There are three steps leading down from the parking area to the terrace and back door (a hand rail is provided).
