The property's garden and wood burner add to its appeal, making it a desirable choice for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Reviews on cleanliness are mixed, with several guests finding the cottage clean and well-presented, while others noted issues with dust, cobwebs, and a general need for a more thorough clean. The presence of both positive and negative feedback suggests variability in the standard of cleanliness between stays.

The location is highly praised for its proximity to the coast, local amenities, and attractions like the Geevor tin mine. The scenic views and peaceful environment contribute to a positive experience, with the convenience of village shops and pubs nearby.

Guests have complimented the comfortable beds and cosy living spaces. However, some concerns were raised about heating effectiveness and the steepness of the stairs, which may affect the comfort level for some visitors, particularly those with mobility issues.

The cottage is well-equipped with a kitchen, laundry facilities, and Wi-Fi connected TV. However, there are reports of maintenance issues such as ineffective heating, broken heaters, and the need for clearer instructions for appliances. These issues have impacted the overall experience for some guests.

While some guests have mentioned the provision of tea and biscuits, there is insufficient information to determine a consistent level of thoughtfulness in terms of gifts or special touches. Therefore, it cannot be guaranteed that such amenities will be provided during every stay.
