Very comfortable, spotlessly clean cottage , in an area with the best scenery we have seen in 40 years of visiting Devon and Cornwall, Kynance Cove ,Cape Cornwall ,Mullion, Porthcurno ,Cadgwith, Mousehole and of course St Michaels Mount , all took our breath away. We will return. Kevin & Heather

We loved Dune Cottage. It was cosy and private, with everything we needed. A great location for exploring the western tip of Cornwall by car or train (2 mile walk along country roads to St Erth train station). After a day of hiking, to come back and sink into the big whirlpool bath was pure bliss. The kitchen was well equipped, we ordered a Tesco delivery before we arrived, which turned up a couple of hours after us. The bed is huge and very luxurious, although I am not a fan of memory foam and found it quite hot. A little fan would be a good addition to the cottage. There is a lovely pub in St Erth, but the walk there can be a bit scary on the country lanes. The owners were very welcoming and on hand if we needed anything. They left us a bottle of wine and Rosevidney Manor tea towel which was a lovely touch. We would definitely return, it's a great base to snuggle up in after a day of exploring.

Such a lovely cottage to stay in. We couldn't have been made more welcome and the facilities were fabulous with little extras to make it feel special. Close to all the things we wanted to do.
