Guests consistently praise the comfortable beds, underfloor heating, and the relaxing hot tub. The property is well maintained and offers everything needed for a relaxing break, with friendly and welcoming hosts. While a few minor maintenance and cleanliness issues were noted, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive, making it a popular choice for repeat visitors.

Most guests found the property clean, tidy, and well maintained, though one review mentioned some cobwebs, a damp feeling on arrival, and a single instance of dirty sheets. These appear to be exceptions rather than the norm.

The location is frequently described as peaceful, secluded, and ideal for exploring local attractions such as Penzance, Land's End, and St Ives. The only minor drawback mentioned is the narrow lane leading to the property.

The cottage is praised for its excellent facilities, including a well-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a hot tub. A few minor issues with lighting and hot water were mentioned, but overall facilities are highly rated.

Several guests appreciated thoughtful touches such as milk, tea, coffee, and chocolates on arrival, though it should be noted these are not guaranteed. Hosts are described as friendly and welcoming, though one guest noted a lack of contact and missing dog treats.

A good location to explore the St Just and Land End Area, the accommodation is good and the hot tub takes the aches away. The host are discreet and provide support when required.
