Just over 6 miles away, you ll find Penzance, the gateway to some of the most spectacular scenery that West Cornwall has to offer, including the seafront promenade and seawater Jubilee Bathing Pool. The famous Minack Theatre, Land's End, and sea and air links to the Isles of Scilly are all within 20 miles. Enter the property from the private parking area and into a light hallway. Taking a left turn into the bedroom which is a wonderfully cosy and relaxing room with a double bed and soft lighting, this really is the best place to have breakfast in bed or a lazy morning. Next door is a fantastic modern shower room with a large double shower and WC. This room has wonderful luxury touches like the marble windowsills and stunning splashbacks as well as a beautiful outlook of rolling countryside. The dining area seats two and is a fabulous place to enjoy a romantic meal or maybe just a morning coffee. Moving up a couple of steps and into the living room which is an inviting and very relaxing space, offering a large comfy sofa and TV. You also have wonderful views from the living room window and a door opening out onto the outside terrace area. Outside is a fabulous relaxing private terrace with garden furniture and spectacular views over rolling fields and a backdrop of the sea and St /Michael's Mount. This is a great spot to dine outdoors or watch the sunset. There is private off road parking for two cars. Need to know: 1 bedroom double. 1 bathroom shower room with shower and WC. Electric oven, hob and built in microwave oven, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Travel cot available on request. TV in the lounge. Please note that there are a few steps down into the entrance of this barn and also three steps up from the kitchen into the living room.. Private terrace with outdoor furniture. Private off road parking for 1 car. Shop and pubs within 0.5 miles.
