The welcome touches such as fresh bread and butter are well-received, adding to the cosy and inviting atmosphere. While some minor maintenance issues are noted, the overall experience is positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.

The majority of reviews highlight the property's cleanliness, with guests often describing it as spotless. However, a few guests mentioned issues such as stained sofas and a smell in the kitchen, which slightly lowers the score.

Guests find the cottage comfortable, mentioning comfy beds and sofas. The property is described as cosy and well-furnished, contributing to a pleasant stay. Some comments about noise and the size of the property for larger groups slightly affect the score.

Facilities are generally well-regarded, with a well-equipped kitchen and the bonus of a parking space. However, reports of maintenance issues such as a leaking utility room, stained upholstery, and appliance malfunctions impact the score.

The thoughtful gestures of providing food items on arrival are consistently mentioned and appreciated by guests. It's important to note that while these gifts are a delightful surprise, they may vary and are not guaranteed for every stay.

The standard of furnishings was high and dog friendly as well. Having an allocated parking space beside the cottage was hugely convenient. Impressed by the number of televisions and quality of Internet as well. It made for an enjoyable holiday experience.
